The 4200's ive used were too fast for me, thats my opinion anyway and I'm sticking to it!
Depends what your budget is, but I'd not really go lower than 3700's, which would be fine. I dont have that much experience with cells in all honesty, but I think the higher capaticy you go the less robust they are generally, so need more care and love. That just from what I know which aint much
