Hi Neil
I had a Scott bike last time and have a shop just down the road from where I live so good for backup. You have just confirmed exactly what they said so that's great. No BS to get a bike out of the door !! I'll be getting the bike through work (Cycle to work scheme) and it will be used for XC mainly.
