I would certainly be up for some 1/8th electric action at Torch.
The track is more than up for it. You may have to change or remove the sleeping policeman jump that is before the triple jumps though, not sure if an 1/8th buggy could end up beached on top of it. You may have to review some of the marshalling points as well.
