The LRP in my buggy gets to 120 degrees Celsius (Yes Celsius!) so I use this great whopping fan :

It halved the temperature to 60, it is rather large but it does its job well, if you want to have a look at it come over on Tuesday.

Ahh, just realised you didn't want to fit a fan, hope this might help anyway if you want to drastically drop the temperature.
