The venue will be the same as last year. Saturday 8th January from 10am to 12 noon at Christchurch, St Peters Hill, Castlegate, GRANTHAM, NG31 6TA (hired room).

It would be good to have representatives from all clubs as the main item on the agenda will be to come up with a list of venues for next season, as for the first time that I can remember we could have more venues than dates.

In the interest of keeping the meeting moving (it was cold in that hall last year) please put any new rule proposals to a club representative or in the absence of a club rep to me before hand so that we can come up with some kind of agenda.
