Default Glow in the dark paint

Anyone know were to buy glow in the dark paint for bodyshells? The idea of a glow in the dark body occurred to me whilel driving my black sc10 at night and I couldn't find it

You do know that glow in the dark paint wont work outside. As it needs bright light then dark straight away for it to work. And as natural light fades slowly so wont get any effect. You be better off fitting lights to it and also then you see where your going too.

Do you think the standard glow in the dark paint would work like this one or will it just fall of after a crash?

Back in the day we used to run club nights at the rear of a pub near Aylesbury, when it got dark we used glow sticks / fishing float lights on our aerials......

Bet it would be more worthwhile these days having a couple of small LED's on the car.

The Fasglow stuff works. Put it on as dense as you can and back with white, then a bit of silver and then black if you can.

You need to leave it in bright sunlight to sort of charge itself up and then it will glow for about 30 to 45 minutes. It's like those glow in the dark toys you'd have as a kid though so it's not that bright and I don't know what it would be like in pitch black, you might be able to see it but it will be quite dim from any sort of distance.

Doubt that aerosol will stay on polycarbonate shells. It's not specific lexan type paint.

Let us know how you get on.
