Oh yer another thing with mounting these bodies, which applies to any durango body really, you need to make the body mount holes slightly oversize and make sure the body has a little clearance around the front bulkhead so the body isn't taking so much load when the car flexes as they seem to flex quite alot especially the R.

Most of the guys here seem to just slice the clip knob off the rear mount just using it as a support and use velcro on the sides. Darryn has done that on his one in the pictures.

... added some more name suggestions

Btw! Would you mind making a similar version for the B44? Just love the basic layout of this shell!

Ebeneezer Gode?

I actually cut the sides off one and test fit it to a B44, it would just need the sides made a bit wider and it would fit, it would sit a bit higher though.

Sorry, forgot an O

Sounds great, I'd be very interested in one for the B44!

Nah no masks currently, I don't have the gear to make them but I am looking into sourcing some though.

The undertray isn't included, I can include an undertray and bumper for an extra $15. SG postage would be $13.40.

Hey Steve, yeah if you lend me a db01 I can have a go, something similar to the durango one? Doing the scoops and getting around the motor should be interesting

I've never ever had good results with any window masks. Never fits 100%, and you get bleed.

What to do: Draw lines with an overhead projector pen on the outside. Use a brush (don't need to airbrush) and put on 2x thick coats of Bob Dively Liquid Mask. Cut along the pen line with a sharp Excel knife. Peel of the excess. Paint. >> Perfect Not to forget you can then also make your own "custom" windows!

I've never had them bleed, they are a challenge to stick on in the exact right spot though..
Only problem with liquid mask + knife is if you cut into the polycarbonate you weaken it, so it might crack later.

I usually just cut thin strips of electrical tape and run it along the edge, it's easy to bend around curves

in this pic, it screws on through the front 2 screws and bends up around the front covering the original front bumper, it was kindof required for the undertray because the first part to break was the front after a few nose dives.

Thanks Bugle for the quick post. Got it today, and painted already. I'm not usually creative enough with my paint jobs and use one color can jobs!

I found it a little hard to follow the original window outline as I usually lay down 2inch masking tape and then knife it away, however the body window indents are not big/deep enough to show through the masking tape(hope that makes sense). However I might try bugles way next time with the thin insulation tape way. So I created my own window design

Tip: Use a pen (overhead) to draw up the outlines of the windows. Then use a lamp to see through the masking tape, then cut And wipe off pen lines with alcohol afterwards.
