Default Durango still going??

Thought I would start a new thread rather than clog up my build thread, whilst seeking parts for my 410 build it became apparent they are thin/non existent in the UK model shop network

Spoke with others who used to race the Durango cars and have heard similar stories, uk/us dist network seems very hit and miss

Have a read here if your on FB:

It seems strange as Arrma are doing well as a business in US

Shame as the cars/team used to be spot on!

Thought that the German company were supposed to be rectifying the parts supply etc last year? Shame if it has come to nothing as the product was strong.

Trouble is competition is strong in the marketplace. If you take your foot off the gas then failure is more or less guaranteed.

Default Durango

Im running our fleet this year. 410v5 x2 210f x2 and 210v3 rm. Plenty of spares. Dont give up on your Durangos people. Still bloody good cars. If and when the spares run out then i will consider what to do in regards of racing. Very strong cars anyway so will only be replacing worn parts.

Yeah, that doesn't look good does it looks like some mistakes have been made somewhere along the line.

Forces my hand a bit. Maybe time to retire the durangos and move on.

Bought a 410 v2 late last year second hand, not used it much due to buying a 2wd buggy but its been a disaster trying to get parts for it. So on the off chance someone has a good 41 tooth metal crown gear, let me know.

Herts RC Models have just ordered a load of 1/8 parts this week if anyone wants 1/10 spares they should email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk they have a back order coming in the next 2 weeks and these could be added to that order.
