Saddle packs are best in the 410 but have seen a shorty Lipo mounted inline in the battery tray, would need some weight though

Shorty will physically fit. But you have to half dismantle the car to get it in.
Need take the strap and IIRC the rear prop can interfere as well.

Even with normalish weight/size saddles the car really needs some weight as well. So christ knows how much you'd need with a shorty.

Oh, it's a bugger getting the shorty connected up as well. The strap needs modifying to clear the tubes.

Think i will sway away from a shorty to much hassle! My nano tech 4850 are 25mm high and don't fit or am not trying hard enough to get them to fit...So anyone on here who has run or running a 410 what brand of lipo have you fitted to it.

I've used orion (they swelled after no time, wouldn't buy them again) and nanotech. Which just seem to go forever.

Fairly sure my club mate is using squre packs as he seems to pick them up dirt cheap as they dont appear to be that popular currently
