Default UK Team Setups

The UK Team will be putting all of their setups in one place over the next while.
Not alot there just at the moment, but I'd expect it to grow quite quickly.

Evening,

for anyone running the awesome Absima Revenge 1/10th ESC, I have just uploaded my most recent ESC settings which give super smooth throttle input.

These can be found using the same link above.

Hi Craig,

If you could possibly add your TC02CEvo car setup for Bury indoors in time for the next meeting that would be great!

Hi mate,

I will be uploading some set ups tomorrow for all three cars (TM4, EVO & TM2v2).

Been really busy with work this week, but as soon as I've uploaded them tomorrow I will post on here to confirm ;-)

Thanks Craig,

I found the slippery floor a bit of a challenge last Sunday.

Apologies but I've not had time to complete my set up sheets and upload them as of yet. Busy times at work right now.

I'm at the BWOC meeting this weekend but will do my best to have my set ups online by the end of the weekend.

Craig.

I've uploaded a couple of TC02C Evo setups from the Worksop BWOC and a Stotfold Club meeting.

These have also been put in the Teamc Setup area where there are a growing number of setups from the UK Team.

Hi all,

Really happy with my TM4 setup at the weekend on bumpy astro at Navan, Ireland.

You'll find both dry and damp version on the Team C Onedrive account.

Good to see the gearbox and T-Plate still in service. I will have to send you some Semi-Cevo stickers.

Hi Clive

The gearbox is a great way to stiffen up the back of the car. Worked great!

Agreed. It doesn't need the brace over the motor.

All the flex is in the battery tray area. I would like to put a deck across there with some adjustment for torsional stiffness.

Default setups

Handy to see all the setups on here! Got a couple of questions, maybe someone can help;

On the EVO or tm2, some of you use flat rear wishbones, 25 degree front blocks or front/rear Ackerman positions. What differences do they make?

Thanks in advance

Wishbones:
gull wing gives more on power steering
Straight ones make the car square up quicker

Ackerman:
The forward position gives more aggressive corner entry and mid
(less Ackerman)
The rear position chills the car out, less steering entry and mid but you get more steering at low speeds
(more Ackerman angle)

Caster:
25 (kit) gives more initial steering and less out of a corner by transferring weight back slower
30 deg (preferred) a bit less initial steering than 25 more predictable on power because it transfers a weight back quicker

I run gull wing, 30 deg hubs and rear Ackerman position outdoors and forward position indoors or high grip

Thanks, that's helpful, I'll experiment and see how I get on. Camber links and anti squat are my next question lol

Hi all,

my TM2v2 and TM4 set ups have now been added to onedrive.

Both cars were really good at RHR National considering how little outdoor track time I've had with them.

Hope the set ups help! :-)

Evening all,

I've now uploaded my set up sheets from Kidderminster National a few weeks back.

Cars were really good and made the A final both days.

I've added the below:

TM4 - dry set up
TM2v2 - dry set up
TC02C EVO - wet set up

Hope this helps.

Craig Collinson.
