Yes, it is a bit light at the front i have noticed that too. Im new to MTBing, did a bit of reading and liked the look of it so went for it

I fitted the Thomson seat post already to match the stem.

Ive ordered a CK front hub with 20mm axle - anodized pink , will soon order the matching rear hub and no threadset headset too. Had the pi ss ripped out of me by my biking mates as im a total MTB noob. I like garage jewelry see !

What MTB is it in your first thread ? Looks tasty and purposeful.
Specialized SX trail... bit more travel than the 46 and heavier but still a good weight like.

rides awesome.

Little bit off topic but I've always been interested in bikes, and RC stuff always came first when the money came in, I had a cheap argos mountain bike job to ride around before I started driving but since that's been sat at uni it's a wreck now (and wasn't really brilliant before)...

I now fancy a BMX but with another year at uni paying accomodation fees etc and no summer job money is pretty tight, question is, if it's even possible, what should I be looking at for a 2nd hand BMX for like, under £75? I might be able to spare that much over the winter season Biggest hurdle is the fact I'd need something lightweight, since I'm not particularly heavy myself, and that means £££ usually

Some nice bikes here fellas. I especially like the retro Raleigh. I used to have one circa 1982, except mine was gold with black wheels

Here's a pic of my daily ride up until a couple of months back when some useless van-driving tw@t ran up the back of me. Now the beast is doing 10's on the big quarter mile in the sky

Oh well, with spring in the air (in Aus) its time to break out the flat bar road bike for the 10 klm ride to work.

Cheers,
Scotty P.

Well mine looks rubbish compared to some of these beauties, but it gets me to work and back and (slightly) off-road at the weekend.

5 years old and not bad for £100 I thought!
