Question 1/8 Motor/battery wires

Hey,

I need some advice on the right thickness wires for my 1/8 scale buggy

I'm running the castle creations mamba monster ESC, and the Tekin 1900kv motor.

I just got done with ordering some wires this morning which will arrive no doubt tomorrow. I ordered 12awg thickness silicone wires. (red & black)

I also bought some EC5 connectors because deans suck xD

Do you think these wires will be able to supply enough current to my motor?

I only bought then because I had seen the Tekin rx8 combo with allot thinner wire from what I expected after looking at the castle setup.

Thanks
