Default My DEX 210

So the project is started.
Today i got my Tekin Combo:




Design of the body shell will be the same as for my DEX 410, i still like it and i want to have "two brothers"


I also ordered the Savöx 1251

Complete building process will follow in same detail as for my DEX 410 => My DEX 410 SPEC 2010 (LINK)

So after my long business trip in Asia i got my DEX 210 today


Because of workload i don't know when i will build it, but i cut the Body, so that i can send it to my favorite air-brusher

Running the front axle in the "2/2" config you need to put 2 spacers in front of the castor block and 2 behind or it will alter the wheelbase and may cause binding on full lock !

Are you going to use any kind of servo saver on the 1251? I've heard of the 210 killing these servos unless you use a saver. My mate Stu (Gainsy on here) is running one in his 210 with a saver and it's fine but I have heard of a few who didn't and the servos got murdered....

The Savox 1258 seems to be the servo of choice for these cars with no saver fitted.

I ran a 1251 in my DEX210 for a for about 10 packs. But before going to MK I changed to my 1258. As its generally a tad tougher and helps put a bit more weight at the front. But yeah the 1258 is a popular choice..

I recommend the 1258 too, or get the align DS610 same thing slightly cheaper.
