Default Racing Thursday 22nd October

Racing Thursday 22nd October, after a positive responce to our test meeting we are going to have a full race meeting next thursday.

Classes are

2wd
4wd
Truck / Short Course

Prices will be £10, extra classes will be £2 and juniors will be £5
We will review the prices after a months running when we have a better idea on numbers.

The hall is available from 5:30, heat 1 on the line for 7:00, we will be finished and packed away for 10:00.

After this weeks testing we recommend any Schumacher yellow compound tyre, with worn minipin 2 or minipin 1 and stagger ribs seeming to be most effective.

Entries

2wd/4wd

Alec Springer
James White

Short Course

Jez
Chris
Ben
Ray
Daniel

I'd like to pop down if I get the chance.
Glad it seems to be working out.

BTW do you really mean stagger ribs?
I would have thought cut staggers as a minimum...

I really just meant one of the various types of stagger that Schumacher make, whatever gives your car a good balance. As long as it's in yellow compound and has some tread left it will work pretty well.

Can you put Jez, Chris, Ben and Ray down for even more 2wd Shortcourse Trucks..... Loving the subtle drift factor.

No, it will be wooden floor (more grip than in the other hall) with carpet in a few places. We've been unable to find a suitable storage solution for the astro.
