Just to let everybody know, Camping will be available but it is a remote site so there are no Electric hookups and no running water so you will have to make provisions for that. Caravans will be allowed but we need to limit the numbers to save space so if you are bringing a caravan please send me a PM and I will allocate a space for you if it is available. Plenty of space for tents on the 1/8th track though.

Good news guys is that booking is now open!!

All details for the event are on the above link and also the pre-booking form is on there to.

Hi Andy,

We don't have running water on the site unfortunatley. So you would have to bring it with you.

There are pictures on our facebook page of track work. Unfortunatly due to the crappy weather and being able to get people down there we have had to abandon our original plan but we are extending the original 1:10 track to some degree. At the moment we are just smoothing and reshaping to make the track better for this summer.

Everybody is very keen to get the facilities up to top notch and we are putting in the effort to improve it at the moment, with a plan to make it even better for the future.

We will have your land drain off you as that will be used in the site improvements after this summer. So i will come and collect it off you once I have found something suitable to transport it.

Be good to have you and the family there Andy

Default Meeting Postponed!

Hi guys,

We are very sorry to say that the above meeting will be postponed until further notice.

We have been busy trying to re-build the track in time for this event, making improvements to the original track and extending it. But due to the extreme weather we have been suffering in this area over the last couple of months, it has really halted our progress and made our job unmanageable.

The committee has looked at the work left that is needed to be done and has come to the decision that the only way we could get the track to a useable state would be if we had perfect weather conditions, which with the predicted weather forecast for the next week or so, is unlikely to happen.

What we wanted to give you was a great track that was both challenging and not random to drive. The work that has been done so far has really improved the facility and when the works have been finished it will be an excellent track to race on.

We also want to make the venue future proofed so that future track work will be minimal.

Again we apologise that the meeting won’t take place. We were all really looking forward to it and looking forward to you racing at it.

We are hoping to reschedule the meeting for some time during the summer, calendar permitting and we will let you know first. Also if you have pre-booked for this meeting we will give you a discount at the rescheduled event.
Please accept our apologies and we hope to see you in the future at A1 Racing Club.
