Default a visit to Caldicot

Hi guys, i am planning on starting to race again after 15yr layoff, i will be building my car and installing all electrics between now and xmas (budget allowing).

i was hoping that between now and the time i am ready i could pop down on race nights to spectate and maybe pick up some tips.

do you think this would be ok ?

could anyone advise of the meeting times and location please ?

Thanks

Hi Simon, you'd be more than welcome to visit, there's a fair mix of cars there every week so you will hopefully find someone who can help!

Most of the club details are here
http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30904
or on our website at www.caldicotrcracers.co.uk

Having said that, this forum is fantastic for advice but at least you can take a look at the cars in the flesh as it were!

Simon, the Caldicot club is very very friendly and welcoming, there are loads of people at the club who will no doubt be more than happy to hook you up with whatever info you need

As Pete said, more than welcome to come a take a look anytime you like!

Always best to come when we're there racing though (...not sure the dog shows, archery or brass band clubs that also use hall are what your looking for...) so to catch the rc racing come along any friday, between 8pm and 11pm...directions on the website link already posted.
