Default KF low grip install

Recently purchased a low grip chassis for my kf and just installed it, but no instructions. Just a couple of questions on how people install the lipos. I have two sorts or guides for holding them, but the large plastic ones don't allow the lipos to fit and I don't know how to install the smaller carbon ones.
Secondly are there any tricks on removing the lipos without removing the sidepods.

Thanks.

Use the carbon guides, the pointy end just slot into the square holes in the side pods.
You will need to trim down the wall of the sidepod on one side to allow the lipo to slide out.

I used the adhesive foam pad that came with the kit, some foam battery spacers and servo tape to build up round the side pods. You also need to dremel one side of the side pod down as Nigel said to allow the shorty to slide out.

Have a look at the guide at the bottom of this link.
