Stockport model car club (Cheadle) run some Saturday's but mostly TC / 12th I have raced my off road buggy at their track. you will need the correct tyres and shock tower protector (see link below)

Maybe worth a look.

Not a permanent fixture but there are 2 one off events this summer in Ellesmere Port on an outdoor grass track...
