Default Shock caps with bleeders?

Hi after some advice. Shock caps with bleeders for my KF. Worth getting and what benefits do they have? I run on outdoor astro all weathers at shrccc. Am a returning racer after 25 yrs and these were not around formy optima mid back then.

Cheers.

Makes shock building and rebound setting far easier and repeatable.
If you get alloy shock caps, buy a bag of1 suitably sized o-rings from eBay, helps seal the bleed port properly. That's the only bit that wears/fails.
I got 50 of them for about 3 quid.
