Default South West Regional AGM

I have set a date of January the 12th 2014 at WORM/Mendip Raceway for 4:00 pm. I have chosen this date and venue as rather than have to travel all the way for a meeting you can come and have a day of racing aswell if you like. I would like a rep or 2 from each club that is looking at hosting a regional and also could you please email me on sm208fly@aol.com if you would like to host one as I have a information sheet and agenda that I will send to you.

If you would like to add anything to the agenda please inform you club rep that is coming so I can add it to agenda.

Any info please feel free to contact me via email please do not message or post to me on here.

Thanks
Martin

Weather is looking urrrrr....not completely terrible according the BBC site....

As long as it doesn't get too wet between now and Sunday we'll be fine thb. Saturday is looking dry and bright currently, so that should make sure we don't have any significant standing water on the track.

We've been racing fine on the damp/wet astro over the last few meetings...so based on that and the current forecast, I'd be very surprised if we can't race on Sunday!

Martin, is there a backup plan for the AGM if the weather takes a turn for the worse and racing is off? We can obviously still use our club house for it if you wish.

The backup plan is that we will still go ahead with agm even if meeting is called off if that is ok with everyone involved.
