Changes following Committee Meeting

Following a recent Committee meeting the following changes have been made:
1. Race Nights
- Championship nights will now be 24th June, 1st July and 8th July
- RVRCCC will not be racing on 15th July and 22nd July
... There may be further closures in August depending on Committee availability so keep a look out on email, Facebook and Oople.

2. Booking In
Due to an increase in the number of people booking in and then cancelling closer to the race night the following changes to booking in have been made:
- Members will be able to book-in from 12 noon on a Monday
- Non-members will be able to book-in from 12 noon on a Wednesday
- If a member books-in and then cancels, then the following week they will be treated as a non-member and will not be able to book in until the Wednesday
- If a non-member books in and then cancels, then the following week they will not be able to book in until the Thursday
The changes will take effect for the race night on 8th July and onwards

3. Sponsorship for Series
SWorkz are offering the following sponsorships to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of the Buggy Series:
- B Plus sponsorship for winners of each series
- B sponsorship for 2nd and 3rd places of each series
Drivers will, of course, have the choice of accepting the sponsorship
