Hi guys decided to have ago at 2wd again over summer and pretty sure I'm going with an sv2, does it work out straight out the box, any options I need? Springs ect, is there any particular weak points to the car

Cheers

mine is running completely kit standard at the mo and going very well. Usual spares needed that you would want for any car......steering arms, castor blocks, front wishbones.

4 hole rear pistons, and I have gone to the +5 caster blocks. There are a few mods you can do.

Mines on kit springs, changed to 4 hole rear pistons. Not many mods and most are free.

The car is amazing straight away. Maybe a 4-hole piston in the rear for a bit more pack. It works right out of the box in standard form. I picked up the car recently and after a 2 month layoff I won my final last night. its very predictable and a real high quality car. Nothing really breaks but if you feel you need to have spares just get the usual, arms, hubs, front bulk head etc. Things that will "most likely" break in the even of a bad crash. But I can tell you this, Ive had the previous model and now this one...Im always carrying spares I dont need. They are very strong cars, you wont be disappointed.
