Default Bmax4 iii light weight diff gear

Any of you guys out there running the new aluminum ring gear?
If so how much lighter is it over the standard one & is there any noticeable performance improvements?

It's a bit lighter (can't measure now sorry). Gives less rotating weight. Thats it.

Cheers Skyaflake.
Just wondered if there was much noticeable difference in acceleration with less rotating mass. I'm guessing mere mortals won't tell the difference.

My understanding is it's steel, not alloy. Just a lighter design than standard. I imagine alloy would chew itself up against a steel pinion.
