Hi,

thanks for all the comments appreciate it.

Well its not finished yet, need to modify a few bits here and there for clearances etc, gotta make the wideners as the tyres touch the links, then get a shell mounted and take some proper pics!

This probably isn't one i'll be making anymore off. I had the idea in my head for a while but I had to use some techniques that were challenging for me so I had been putting it off. It also took a long time, so the price would be very high on this, probably work out cheaper to do a run on a CNC machine.

Im going to be working on it this weekend, hopefully get it finished.

Working on the wideners now, my first idea was a bit of a fail, it worked in my head, but not in reality!

Then I had a better Idea! so this is 20mm thick

attach the regular hub to the extender (need more screws!)

Then attach to the axle with the nut

Then made this little bit to hold the new stub axle bolt

and push into the hole

drilled and taped 2 holes nearly the whole width of the widener

and lock in place with two 25mm grub screws, its solid and spins true. Just need to order some more delrin bar as I used mine up making wideners that dont work!
