Default New airbrush?

Ok, so its time to give up on the ebay £15 specials... Looking at an iwata neo cs. Any thoughts on these? Can only see a .35 needle version, but would maybe prefer a .5. I'm maybe looking at the iwata revolution cr?
What are peoples suggestions here?
TIA

Have a look at the Iwata Eclipse HP-SBS. 0.35mm. A little better quality than the Neo, and very versatile.

I was told to stay away from Neo's as their quality was on a par with the cheaper chinese brushes, and you can't get all the replacement parts, and the seals don't last.

I went for an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS and I must say its awesome. Everything I need.

I can recommend this shop:
https://www.graphicair.co.uk/product...e-cs-airbrush/

Edit: I also got a 0.5 needle, nozzle and cap "upgrade" for mine cheaply from Graphicair , as I was talking to some other painters and said that i should try 0.5 due to the problems I was experiencing with coverage and paint, being very unskilled at using any airbrush.

I've just started out airbrushing so couldn't really advise on what to buy, but I'd be interested to hear any comments about the Badger Patriot 105. Perhaps not as specialised as an Iwata Eclipse, but has some fantastic reviews for a brush that's just under £100.

The Iwata will do you proud. Just keep it scrupulously clean and it will deliver.

And another vote for the 0.5 conversion.
Much easier to use and less fussy on having correct paint consistency
I have 2 Iwata brushes - a revolution and an eclipse. Both great

No 4WD because nothing lives up to my original Optima. Until now maybe?...

You wont regret the purchase, I started with a Neo and binned it pretty quick, I use two Eclipse now, one with each needle option, they are brilliant brushes.

I managed to bag a Krome and a Verlocity in Badgers happy birthday sale I’m going to use them for the first time tonight.
