Default Tekin rsx

Has anyone managed to get the hotwire working through phone? Got a double ended micro usb lead coming so i can plug the hotwire into my phone

Yeah. Have used hotwire on Samsung S2 and S6 and HTC One (M7).

Sometimes a bit glitchy to connect (might take 2 or 3 attempts) but once it's in. It's fine.

There's a biggish thread on here somewhere that Tekin Tech support follow if you have any issues.

And you'll need an OTG lead. Not simply double ended!

Yeah works fine with my Galaxy S7 and my S6 before it.

As the other poster says you need to have an OTG (on-the-go) lead, or the USB adapter that came with the Galaxy S7 also works.

I must say it works well and no glitches at all with both my 2x RSX and 2x RSGen2 ESCs.

An OTG lead can be purchase for less than £2 on ebay

I use a OTG lead with my Sony Z5 and once plugged together I click the 'Detect USB device' tab and the programme fires up fine. I have to do it this way every time I want to connect them up.
