Default Charger for KO Vantage

I am going to convert my KO vantage from using AA Alkaline cells to using 1650mAh NiMH cells, Does anyone knwo the specification of the KO charger that plugs into the bottom of the transmitter? ie the voltage and charge current? I guess it is a simple AC/DC wall brick with a current limit? Do all transmitters use the same sort of wall brick chargers?

Neil

Neil, i believe they are all more or less the same. I know people that have just bought random transmitter chargers to go with their KO radios. Not sure what the spec was on the charger that KO used to supply. I had one with my old radio - but it went with the old radio 2 years ago when i sold it. Just make sure that the polarity is current. Centre pin is +ve if i remember correctly.
