Nice! Thanks for your valued support!
In reality the sequence of events will be:
  • BRCA Off-road Committee meet to vote on 2013 Nationals (next week!)
  • Successful clubs are contacted and dates/venues confirmed, early December
  • SE AGM arranged (could be interesting with all this mid-week racing that is now going on!) early New Year 2013
  • Participating clubs calendarise 2013 Regionals
  • If applicable, participating clubs confirm with landlords/land owners, report back to BRCA SE Rep
  • Calendar finalised and published for all interested parties, early 2013

.....so yes this might take us until February.....if you are lucky!

As far as I know right now participating clubs should include, in alphabetical order: Eden Park Raceway; Faversham Off-Road Car Club; Maritime Racing and Plough Raceway

Well said Steve, these things take time to sort out and maybe some people should take this into account before posting.

Yeah maybe Alan

but the south east are always the last to know.

I appreciate Steve is a busy man and my comments are pretty true to form and in my opinion if we would like drivers like John and others to come over from tc a bit if info doesn't hurt

Im sorry if this comment has upset anybody but to be honest it's what most regular reginal drivers in this area are thinking.

Stu

Really? Other interested parties have always contacted me directly for information if they are interested in 'coming across', contact details for all officials are in the BRCA Handbook.

Alternatively maybe it's time for a new Regional Rep then?

Heads up though to any new applicant, 300 mile (for me anyway) round trips to Committee Meetings, back in bed by about 02:30 (ish!) if you fancy it or stay over at your own expense, lots of paperwork, emails, phone calls (at all hours!) and Championship tables to maintain throughout the year, Formula calculation and verification and not forgetting organising applications for the two End of Season finals and that's what I can remember now!
Any takers?
Stuart?

MY initial post wasn't to cause any grief at all. It was a very inocent query on my part.

I will wait for further info. Good to see those preliminary tracks are all there. Will await the full confirmation though.
