Default Nothchy rear diff on 22-4

Guys,

Building a new 22-4 and the rear diff is very notchy, front is silky smooth. Looking for some advice, nothing is a miss I can see.

Can someone help me please.

Is it notchy after bedding the diffs in?

Diff is notchy from build, never had one like that before

When the car first came out last year, a mate had a problem with dodgy diff balls in the kit, might be worth trying some new ones.
