Default Problem with the RB5 WC front wheel

Hello Guys

Any advice on how can i remove the shaft out of the knuckle?

I did not use any threadlock but yet its jammed and cannot come out.

i have screw out the 3x6mm screw and the washer from the inner side.

My guess is that you may have over tightened the screw and deformed the end of the shaft where the inner spacer buts up to it and that can't slide off.

CAREFULLY file the end of the axle where the spacer is until you can get the spacer off (put a bit of tape over the spacer to reduce the risk of scratching it with the file).

That should see it come off. I have seen a few people do that with the previous ali versions and although the new ones are steel they are a) a really close tolerance & b) quite thin walled.
