Default Bashing Meetup

Anyone planning on a bashing meetup in dublin anytime soon (now that the snow is gone!)? i wouldn't mind testing out my off-road with some rc-knowledgeable peeps, since i'm new to the game!

Also, is the off-road track in griffeen (lucan) open year round?

Hey,

The track in Lucan is there all year around. Only thing is at this time of the year the ground would be very very wet. As well as being very cold
(That's why we race indoors in the winter.)

Hi mick,

Ye, i was thinking that alright. I've only gotten about 10mins playtime since i got my truggy and i'd love to meet up with you guys, so you can give me some advice etc.

I also see that you guys solely race/bash 1/10 electric buggies, but i have a 1/10 truggy (and can't afford to splash out on a new buggy or on-road), so i probably couldn't be included in your races! However, like i said, i'd love to get some tips and have a bash with some other rc'ers!

It's 1/10 electric is the main class in the buggies in the summer & touring cars in the winter.
(This winter we've been able to race some buggies on carpet as well.)

You're more than welcome to come out to any of the race days to have a chat & run your car. Keep an eye on the club site for the next race day.

We should be back to regular racing in about 2 weeks.
