M-chassis racing Lipo cut off
Hi,
Just starting off some mini racing at my local club. What type of lipo cut off is recommended if an old style Speedo is being used with lipo packs? Any advice or tips welcome.

Something like this
https://hobbyking.com/en_us/hobbykin...___store=en_us but if you have a reasonable size lipo and only running for 5 min heats you should be ok without one. |

As it maybe cheaper to buy an Esc with cutoff

I did look at that but wondered what else was around. It might be one of the better options. Yeah should get at least 2 runs out of 1 pack I would hope...

I picked up an old mtroniks and a couple of eBay specials to try. Seen a few old escs advertised for mini racing and wondered if it would be worth mucking about with.

Just use a Hobbywing Quicrun 1060, that’ll run any brushed motor that a Mini can cope with and it’s got Lipo cut off built in and you can also disable reverse if needed.
