A slight wistle of the wind and lots of tumble weeds spring to mind

It was Ben your right! Am I right in thinking this was a university project? A Uni was a partner and the guy was at uni wasn't he??

Just wondering because the communication from the owners fell apart at the end of the uni year last summer!

Maybe now Vinny forgives me for when I finally gave up on it refusing to sell my Aero to somene who didn't already own one and wanted parts, felt it would be unfair!

I've heard a well informed rumour that they are working on a new car !

The same rumour talks about an aluminium chassis, improved shocks and new outdrives.

Then again : it's still a rumour.

Just out of curiosity: What happend to this project / factory?

-how many cars did they sell?
-did they make a profit?
-does anyone still work there?
-does anyone compete with the car?
-spares supply?
-development?

Enough to get a lot of people really pissed off when they folded about 6 months after having started sales

Can't see that being the case.

Very few still do. A couple still run in Belgium I think and use spares from whatever car fits.

Nope. As it is basically a Durango 2005 copy you can run pretty much whatever you like as long as the geometry is ok. Tamiya wishbones front and rear, B44 diffs and gears...

I think they burned very bright but very quick and are now well and truly done building cars.

Oooof... Thanks for the reply!

Anyone know how many cars were made?

How far did the pre-order list go as to numbers? Couple of hundreds?
