Question Electric Air Dusters.....???

Hi,

Has anybody tried this or any other kind of electric air cleaner on there rc cars to help clear away some of the dirt/dust/water etc that builds up from racing indoor or outdoor.....???

I'm wanting to see if there any good before I go out and buy one !!!

Pros / Cons ?

I picked one up from amazon. they shift dirt well - however they do draw alot of power. Ive not used one of the battery powered ones as theyre very £££. I paid £35 for mine and it does make cleaning up easier.

I use one, made by DataVac (probably seen it). It's very good and shifts most that you need to shift. It does however draw 600w, so make sure if you're using a generator that by the time charger etc are taken in account you've got enough...

Yeah I was thinking if my generator would cope with running one of these or not as I think its rated rated output at 650 watts or 800 watts max output so pretty close to the limit.......???
