Got some B44 front arms in front of me, and there is very little difference between them and standard S4/BJ4WE arms, there is one little difference which is the lugs were the hinge pin goes through. The gap between them is 13mm on the B44 compared with almost 16mm on a standard arm.

I would go for the B44 arms as they will be cheaper and easier to find and they are plastic rather than graphite, so will flex a tad before they break, and it is a simple mod to chop down the lug a little, rather than modding the bulkhead.
