Default differential on cyber10b

So i open up the diff on my cyber10b (i didnt build it) and there is no oil or grease just gears like these,http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/61433/, and there arnt any balls(On the hpi website it says that it comes with a ball diff) so what does a ball diff look like or is the diff i have a ball diff; and should i put oil or grease on the gears.

There should be balls in the holes on the large gear. If there aren't then it won't work at all.
Grease wise, once you have the balls and put them in, you should put some grease on the gears.

If you get the diff rebuild kit and pop in the new balls, grease the balls well with silicone grease, then put it back together (intructions are in the rebuid kit) You do not need to put any grease on the actual diff gears..
