Well thats the final round over with till the next winter indoor series and what a good track it was, i had a rough time with 4wd and only just got it to the point of fine tuning when the finals started.
looking forward to the summer events the club is organising.

Thanks to everyone who gave the time to make it happen.

Smile End of Series round up.

First of all I would personally like to thank a few people who have help and supported the club in running the series and making it such a success.
First of all the club members who have given up there time on the Saturday afternoons to prep the hall, design and lay the track, Mike West for running race control and Paul the Camera man for all the photos and video’s, Moss Models for supporting the series with the onsite shop, and not forgetting all 50+ drivers and attendees who have travel from far and wide.

Over the past 12 months I have personally received a lot of positive comments on how well the juniors (the future of the sport) have improved and their skills developed, this has made for an exciting final round with just 9 points between 5th and first place in the junior junior class and just 6 point’s difference between 1st and 3rd place in the junior 2wd class. and only 1 point being the difference from 1st and joint second place in the junior 4wd class which could have resulted in all three drivers being in joint first place, with the lead changing some 5 times during the final in the last round. It was a really exciting final and a thrill to watch.

Please find below photos and Vidoes of the series and the finals below.
