Default losi LST shock advise needed

I have been running a set of LST big bore shocks on my shark for past few months, and now its to time to rebuild them, now im not fully to sure how to bleed the shocks after i rebuilt them.
do i have to full the shock half full of oil and push the piston up/down slowly, or up fast then down slow,or other way round? then let them rest to let the air come to the top?
then do i just top them up fully, as in the past, i have popped the seals on the bottom with air lock

any help will be great

thanks jamie

Default answer!

someone told me this some weeks ago now...

the best thing to do is to fill the shock up to the top with oil then slowly pust the shock up and let the air rise. do this 4 or 5 times and once it seems good do not refill it even if it isn't at the top just put the cap on and your ready to go
