Parts availability for cyclone TC
Hey,
I've been looking around, and obviously there are not many parts around now due to the model being discontinued, but i'm just wondering if the Cyclone TCX parts fit? I know there's some subtle differences, but stuff like springs, A-Arm's and CVD's? Does anyone know? I could do with 2 cvd ends (which screw the wheel on) as i've rounded off a screw that had some major loctite on! Cheers Matt |

TCX wishbones, hubs, shocks, bearings and diffs all fit.
TCX belts and complete layshaft/pulleys can be fitted (you have to change the whole lot as the pulleys are bigger so need the longer belts). Driveshafts don't fit as the TCX ones are longer and a different (crap) design. Your best bet for driveshafts are these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3Racing-CY-33-...item588b888753 They're 100% steel so are much more durable than the purple alloy ones. We've had a set on the front with a spool for 12 months and no real signs of play. Either that or look out for some old HPI Pro4 driveshafts on ebay; the bones will be too long, but the axles are the same. |

that's brilliant cheers
yeah i was looking at those, still not fully decided where to get them from yet, they do them at RCMart and 3racing-parts, both around the same price but was seeing which had other spares i would consider getting at the same time to make sure i won't run out |

everything as above - diffs dont fit straight as the bulkheads are closer together , but the internals are the same , i have buckets of spares let me know if you need anything
