Question help we with tyre mounting

I've done a real pigs ear of a set of a set of new schumacher front stagger ribs onto my durango wheels. On some of it the inner bead has stuck, but on certain parts the outer part has stuck to the outer part of the rim.

can this be salvaged?

I do have some tyre bands that may help.

I was considering doing one of the following:

1. use some acetone to try and get rid of the cyno glue, and then have it on the inner bead;
2. add glue so that the tyre mounts into the inner rim, or
3. start all over again - in which case can i have some pointers to good wheel building techniques.

thanks

Little hard to understand what you mean(for me anyway) any chance of a picture?

Where it has stuck to the outer rim could you not run a sharp knife in between the tyre and rim to release it
