Default oOple controlled tire (buggy)

Hi to all,
I am just about to start ordering the first batch of my pro-line hole-shot tyres for a 4wd buggy but not sure weather to get M4'S or the M3 compound or do I order both, if I do order both which tire do I order more of?
I would really appreciate any help

Hi Matthew,

I haven't raced on dirt for years, so I was asking the same question recently.
From what I can gather, you select the tyre based on "cleanliness" of the surface and the wear rate/roughness of the surface.

One team driver told me that on dirt tracks where the racing line get an almost glassy shine on it, you can run M4's till they are almost slicks.

I've also heard that M3's are more suitable to dusty tracks and tracks where the wear rate is high....

Sorry if this is a bt vague.....
More info will be needed on the RHR Dirt track I reckon.

We need to put some more track time on RHR to determine exact performance of both. What I can say is that you wont be far wrong with m3's.. There is 4 months until the event , 120 days! So plenty of time yet, we will of course keep everyone updated on expected wear rates, performance etc, when we've got proper timing gear etc in place - not to mention finished the track but from testing so far M3's are fine if you wanted to get a couple in the bag so to speak!

Well done James, I know everyone is really looking forward to sampling the finished article.
