Access to Park & Venue:
The access point to the park for the event is directly on to the field, using the gate marked ‘Greenhouses’. Unless the ground is sodden upon arrival on Friday (or when departing), you MUST NOT enter or exit the park via the footpaths. The entrance to be used on the day will be clearly signposted. Only drive on the footpaths if instructed to do so by an SRCC official, and you MUST put on your hazard warning lights and your speed must not exceed walking pace.
The Park will be open for setting up of tent etc, from 2pm. on Friday 27th July – there will be no admittance to the park prior to that time.

Venue Facilities:
Caravans or Motor Homes: A MAXIMUM of 10 Caravans/Motor Homes are allowed on the park. All Caravans & Motor Homes must have a minimum of 3rd party insurance whilst in the park. There is a £10 charge for Caravans or Motor Homes staying on the field levied on us by the Council.
ALL Caravans/Motor homes must be pre-booked on a first come first serve basis.
Email: eric.evison@sky.com. You must have your 3rd party insurance available for inspection.
Caravans or Motor Homes will not be allowed to stay on the park on Sunday
evening.
Caravans should park along the orange boundary fencing that will be erected. This is usually the firmest area of the park should It rain.
Tents/Gazebo’s: There is no charge for the pitching of tents or gazebo’s. We do ask that they are pitched so that there is sufficient space between them in case of fire or other emergency.

Motor Vehicles: All cars & vans on the park must be driven sensibly and slowly, anyone doing otherwise will be asked to leave the park and will be disqualified from the event(s). Please remember we are in a public park and the general public still have full access to the park over the weekend of the Event, therefore cars should not be parked on any footpaths at any time. It is imperative that the footpath is absolutely clear from obstruction at all times. Please park all cars/vans sensibly and as tidily as possible. SRCC or the BRCA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to cars/equipment while parked on the field.

Litter: As in previous years, there will be a skip onsite all weekend for you to put your rubbish in. We will also provide dustbins throughout the site for you to use. These bins will be emptied regularly throughout the weekend. Refuse sacks will be available from the clubhouse for you to use as well, PLEASE USE THEM. There is no excuse for you leaving litter on the park.

Generators: Generators are allowed, although we ask that they are not used before 7am and turned off no later than 10:30pm. Do not place your generator where it might be a nuisance to others and remember you must store any fuel safely in a suitable container.

Dogs: MUST be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the park and you MUST tidy up after your dog
