Default XB2 20’s

Hi guys

I’m loving my first play with 2WD (first winter racing buggy’s properly). If I was looking at an XB2 20 to use at Worksop, Batley indoor (MB Models) and probably some MEOR next year, which would be the better one to go for C or D if I could only afford one of the 2?

If your racing mainly on med/high grip the carpet version will be best. If your running it at Worksop you can adapt the car to cope better with lower grip. The tyres we use now are really good.

Also, don’t buy the dirt version even if you can afford both. A lot of people by dirt cars as well but end up selling them because of little use.

At round 1 this season I ran an XB2C with a ball diff and 3 gear laydown/forward gearbox.

I`m not sure whats coming with the 20 spec XB2 but aside from the diff the only things I ran different from what you`d get with an XB2C 19 were 1 dot front springs.
