Ever tried UMW409 ??? those are the reararms for the RB evo same as lazer rear heck the evo used the w-5063 also, anyway i have ordered those and shall try them carbon reinforced iŽll guess but time will tell.

I have bought some ZX5 driveshafts from 3racing and hopefully will reciving them so i can test them and see if they are any good.

mvh Isobarik
Nope never tried them but still interesting information. Do me a favour, get me three of those gear covers (instead of two) LA111 and I will do a swap for the blue kick up plate when it arrives if thats ok with you.

yeah that will do ....shall get some more then.

3racing are cheap like 1:5 atleast here in sweden ...since 1 shipped 3racing driveshaft is like 1 LA-111 almost. and kyoshos are like 1 LAW12 thats alot of money. Atleast for me.

That Rb rear hub is SP-107V now a days, found a lot of them so i ordered some.

Cool well soon you will have an original to show him for the kick up plate and that makes me wonder can he make alloy versions of the two pivot blocks in the zxs chassis as well?

Yup those two items are the parts - the one behind the front gearbox and one in front of the rear gearbox.

Also talk of being lucky I just managed to buy a brand new unused Lazer ZX set of wishbones for about Ł7 including international postage. Im now going to try and get these made as they are the strongest version of Lazer wishbones with the webbing.

I dont need any. Thanks anyway. I think the same thickness as the chassis would be the way to go. I bent an alloy one easily so if he can do it in steel then yes but how much heavier would it be and the kick up is not that much.

Shall have him make it in steel and alu and after that we can go on the pivot blocks for the zxr and zxs.

Pivot blocks I will definately have, but the kick up I am unsure of so if you have a ZXS then you should be able to figure it out. I will work out the length from the flat to the highest point at the front of the plate to give you an idea so you can work out the percentage.

Hehe, whatever you decide. I can manage with the standard plastic items at the moment. But think alloy will make this really strong.

Not bad, maybe you should see if your friend could make the front and rear gearboxes for the zxs in alloy.

I will post a piccy of some of my spares soon.

Lrp are good. Ive gone and bought an lrp sxx tc and put a 5.5 in with a starting 87/19 and seems fast. Ive also got a tekin rs pro and seems to be fractionally slower than the lrp. Still in brushed form not much out there can beat tekin, and since the 410 came out none ever burnt out when you over geared.
