Default Buying your first car or a new one

Any chance of this being made a sticky?

When buying your first car or a new one and your not sure what to go for then there's a few things you can do to make it easier.

1. If you want your car to be new and your are on a budget then reasearch which cars you can and can't afford then you know what cars you can choose from.

2. Go to your local club and see what the most popular cars are, this will help you with setting up your car and will have a vast amount of spares avaliable should you break anything.

3. If you can try and have a drive of a few cars to see how they drive and see whether it suits your driving style.

4. Have a read on the Internet and speak to other racers about how strong the cars are.

5. Check for the availability of spares and upgrades for the car that you like.

6. Read on the Internet and ask other racers about how hard a car of your choice is to set up.

7. If its your first car and your not sure about electrics then look to see if a RTR model is avaliable.

8. Have fun with whatever car you choose!

Hope this helps
