Talking First run...

So i had the chance to test my new Ansmann Macnum..I had to use the stock tires...the front was real good, but rear ..id say, middle...anyway, WHAT A CAR!!!. it felt super dialed (like truck should be !). I think i did 5 packs, and as fast i could run it, i never get over 55 celsius on my 6.5r, the esc app 29. But it will be higher when the schumi tires arrive .

You say stock shocks are better than losi ones ? Just because of the right size or better in all things ?
I've never tested stock shocks...

Hi , first Losi are to long, So with shimi tires i had to test something new..."why not the stock ones" i said to my self..i had a set done, 25/30w...length, Superb.

I have app 4 packs with stock,no sign of leak at al...if there is any shocks i will but it is the "pro" or what they are called.

Maybe the word "better then losi" was litttle to big..but i will not change stock to other . onely thing i did..i opened my all 4 shocks, and green slimed the O-Rings

Thanks for details... so, you have the macnum, so you talk about plastic shocks right ?
I should maybe try the stock shock to, because my losi shock have the same lenght problem and they flow too.

Check the link I posted before for the Master Smacker shocks or Royal Flash Shocks...they have alloy caps and are excellent...

I think I've allready asked this, but what about those Ansmann alloy shocks? As I remember, they wouldn't pop off, only that the interior has to be changed with that from the stock plastic ones? I would buy 2 front shocks of those.... Or shouldn't I ?... Opinions?

I just put the stock mad rat shaft to the losi shock body (with losi piston, but also stock mad rat O-ring), everything seems to be ok... so, I suggest you to buy the body shock you want, with the same piston brand, or just buy TQ/TC body shock (the color is better) and you'll have one of the best shocks.
