ok john as asked here is how i ran the car at stotfold, this is at a winter series with control tyres being shumacher green mini spikes

front
toe in 1deg
camberlink short
camber 1deg
10 deg front hubs
no shims under d pivot point,

shocks,
40wt
pistons drilled 2x 1.5
springs yellow
la43 3mm removed
no limiter
shock mount middle hole at top
wishbone on outer hole,

rear
la232 universal swing shaft
camberlink short on the inside middle on the outside with no washer
kit hole on hub but using hub number SPW123 same hub but in alloy
toe-in block a25
no 3 shim under front pivot block for anti squat
kit sway bar

shocks
30wt oil
2x 1.5 drilled pistons
blue springs

additional notes

76 spur gear 17 pinion 10x2
wing mounted central holes with max angle, full gurney flap
la43 is the bottom shock ball joint used on the front ball joint to create more droop we cut approx 3mm off of this so the car bottoms out before the shock does
weights 30gms on the chassis by the motor and 15 gms on the servo
cells in rear position
ride height drive shafts level

hope this helps
nathan
