Default Has anyone tried AE shock pistons

Has anyone tried AE shock pistons yet? I just got and built my kit so I haven't played with anything yet.

Default Size matters

Well FBR, this is an interesting question and upon investigation theses is my preliminary findings.
First you have to consider that the component parts in associated kits have imperial measurements, the Kyosho however being Japanese manufacture are metric and because of this there is a size difference in the pistons.
AE Piston size is 10.07mm OD / 3.10mm ID / 2.46mm in depth
Kyosho Piston size is 9,85mm OD / 3.0mm ID / 2.50mm in depth
OK now although I do not have a spare pair of Kyosho shock bodies to try AE piston in I think you will find that the internal diameter is 10mm so this could be your main stumbling block in your modification
