Default Your astro

Hi guys , some of our junior club members have raced at your track and feed back on grip and tyre wear was excellent , our club is in the process of trying to source astro for our track , did you remove the sand from yours if so how ? How deep was the pile on the astro ?

Hope some one can help as we don't want to get it wrong

Hi Ian,
We removed as much of the sand as possible before laying the AstroTurf, we did this by cutting manageable lengths, flipping it over and dragging it across the field before positioning it the correct side up.
