Default Xray XB4 ECS Drive Shafts

Hi

I'm just looking for a bit of advice on the ECS drive shafts for the XB4. I'm building the new 2018 XB4 kit and have got the ECS drive shaft upgrades for both front and rear.

Does anyone know if the drive shaft safety collar is to be used with the ECS drive shafts? I have attached an image with and without for the rear ones. With the safety collar in place, it seems to restrict the movement of the ECS coupling.

I vae attached an image showing with and without. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Paul

No you can't use them on the ecs driveshaft, instead of the collar, you have a little screw to hold the pin.
